You will need to buy an online plan at intuit.com. We will give you the instructions on how and which plan to buy for the training.

During the training we will teach you how to create a company from scratch in QuickBooks. This company will be accessible online anywhere you are on any device when you have internet connection.

Each company has a list of products and/or services it offers. We will teach you how to create this price list including the cost price and sell price.

We will teach you from scratch how to create a chart of account for a company in QuickBooks from scratch. This will include the most commonly used accounts such as bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense accounts and income accounts.

You will learn how to create and manage a vendors list and customers list.

You will learn when to use Sales Receipts and when to use Invoices, when to use Bills and when to use Write Checks.

We will also teach you how to create a credit note or refunds for returned products.

At the end of the training you will do a final exam.
By obtaining a grade of 6.0 or higher for the exam you will receive a grade list and a certificate.

You will learn how to create and manage rolls and access for each company file of QuickBooks. (example. Admin, customers-only access, vendors-only acces etc.)

In the Cloud Based (Online Version) of QuickBooks you can set up an automatic Backup of your data. We will teach you how to create these automatic backups online.
